2026 NCSITE Sponsorship Opportunities

NCSITE is pleased to announce our revamped 2026 sponsorship opportunities.  These sponsorships are both vital support to the organization's programming throughout the year and a value for our private-sector members and their firms. There are several changes to our sponsorship offerings:

Event-based sponsorship opportunities available for purchase 
All annual and event-based sponsorship opportunities are being offered concurrently in advance of the next sponsor year starting on April 1st. This includes the annual sponsorships NCSITE has traditionally offered AND the event-based sponsorship opportunities normally announced throughout the year (Mid-Year Meeting, Annual Meeting, and the golf tournament).  Please note that event-based sponsorship opportunities will remain available for purchase up until each event or until all slots are taken.  Additional event sponsorship opportunities may be made available throughout the year; however, any supplemental offerings will be of equal or lessor value.

Multiple payment methods available via invoice
To provide flexibility to our sponsors, we are accepting payment via credit card or check.  Follow the prompts to either pay with a credit card or bypass payment to pay by mailing a check to:

Our online payment processer charges fees in the amount of 3.25% of each transaction, which add up for large transactions such as the annual sponsorships.  Due to credit card terms and conditions, we can't impose a mandatory surcharge on credit card transactions.  If a credit card is the most convenient method of payment, please consider selecting the "online pay" version of each annual sponsorship, which is priced higher to help offset fees.

Silver-Level Sponsorship Tier for Vendors and Small Firms (SPSF)
NCSITE has added another annual sponsorship tier designed to be more accessible for our vendors and small consulting firms. The Sliver level annual sponsorship allows the firm/vendor to elect the meeting for which the benefit will be applied (Mid-Year or Annual Meeting).  With vendors in mind, benefit options include a 50% discount on the reservation of a vendor booth at either meeting.

All NCSITE annual sponsorships are valid for one (1) year from April 1st, 2026, to March 31st, 2027. 

Diamond Annual Sponsorship -- $2,800

• One (1) complimentary Mid-Year Meeting registrations
• One (1) complimentary Annual Meeting Registrations
• Medium logo (150px X 150px) on the NCSITE Website and footer of NCSITE Weekly Newsletter
• One (1) NCSITE Weekly Newsletter Spotlights
• $150 in NCSITE Job Board credits
• Sponsorship signage at Mid-Year and Annual Meeting
• 1/2-page ad in the digital program (Annual Meeting)

Silver Annual Sponsorship -- $1,500

• One (1) complimentary meeting registration for the Mid-Year Meeting OR Annual Meeting
• 50% discount on second meeting registration or vendor booth for the Mid-Year Meeting OR Annual Meeting
• Small logo (100px X 100px) on the NCSITE Website and footer of NCSITE Weekly Newsletter
