2017 Wilmington River-To-Sea Bike Ride
NCSite is the proud registration sponsor of Wilmington’s River-to-Sea Bike Ride.
The 28th Annual River to Sea Bike Ride will be held on Saturday April 22, 2017.
The ride, which is a slow-paced casual ride along the former Beach Car Line and back, will reach Wrightsville Beach Park at about 9:15 am. The ride is open to cyclists of all skill levels. For safety reasons, late arrivals will not be able to join the ride. Helmets are mandatory and riding is mostly on-road in mixed traffic. Police support will be provided along the way.
Light refreshments will be available at Wrightsville Beach and upon return in downtown Wilmington. Last year, about 400 bicyclists participated in the ride.
