NORTH CAROLINA

NEWS FLASH:  Governor Roy Cooper has nominated Gen. Jim Trogdon as the NCDOT Secretary.  Gen. Trogdon has an advancing career including his position as Division 4 Engineer, NCDOT Chief of Operations, and more recently as a high-level employee of SAS with a keen interest in advance technology. He also serves as a General in the North Carolina National Guard.  We will provide more information on his upcoming confirmation.
